THE COACH
I have the audacity to coach from a place of spiritual power.
What makes this work meaningful is not technique or mastery
it is reverence.
A reverence for the inner life,
and for the courageous movement
from unconscious fear
into conscious love.
I do not approach coaching as a role to perform,
but as a practice of presence —
listening deeply, holding steadily,
and trusting what emerges when space is honored.
This work is shaped by many voices and visions that came before me.
I am inspired, influenced, and held by a lineage of activists, artists, and spiritual teachers who understood transformation as both personal and collective —
Audre Lorde, Maya Angelou, James Baldwin, bell hooks,
Michael Bernard Beckwith, Iyanla Vanzant, Eckhart Tolle,
Pema Chödrön, Marianne Williamson, and others
who taught us how to live, speak, and love with integrity.
For more than a decade, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, healing, and creative inquiry.
My experience includes collaborations with organizations such as
Omega Institute, Good Shepherd Services, and Latinx Heritage Alliance,
as well as private coaching for executives, creative directors, healers, and those navigating pivotal thresholds in their lives and work.
I am a graduate of Leadership That Work’s Coaching for Transformation program.
The quote that sustains me:
“I am deliberate and afraid of nothing,"
